Mike Modano was selected as the 2001-02 honorary
spokesman for Score A Goal in the Classroom's "Teachers Are the Real Heroes"
campaign. Score A Goal in the Classroom is an organization that brings together
the Dallas/Ft. Worth business community and educators and administrators from
the North Texas school systems in a collaborative effort designed to reward
students and teachers for excellence in the classroom. The Mike Modano
