Mike likes to combine weight training with high intensity cardiovascular work. He focuses on a strong lower body: stomach, back, and legs. His cardiovascular activities consist of sprints, running stairs and bleachers. "[Since] our sport is more short, explosive work, that's what we try to work on", Mike said.

Mike's Supplements and Vitamins

How does Mike keep energized during the games? Mike takes Berocca vitamin B group and three Advocare products: Spark, Performance Gold and Proform once a day. These supplements along with his workout help his intensity during the games.
